Join me (and Peanut!) for this full length barefoot 20-minute home workout that targets the abs with pilates and barre inspired exercises that you can do in a small space without ever having to get on the floor! This fusion style standing core strength session combines elements of core training, barre, Pilates, yoga and more, all done at a steady pace with no breaks, which also provides a mild cardio effect.

We’ll keep your entire body moving to build endurance, balance, and coordination. This non-stop session helps target the muscles in the transverse abdominals, obliques, thighs, inner thighs, legs, quadriceps, hamstrings, core, arms, shoulders, and abs with exercises like side bending, plies, lunges, rotations, extensions and contractions to target your core muscles and so much more.
