300 Rep Upper Body Workout

🧛‍♂️ Upper-Body 300 Rep 🧛‍♂️ 30 Minutes ~ 300 Reps of High Volume Upper-Body 🔥 Work. (Added Weight Vest Optional)

EMOM ~ set the clock for 30 minutes and in every minute on the minute complete.
Minute 1: 10 Pull-Ups
Minute 2: 10 Dips
Minute 3: 10 Pushups
That’s one ☝️ round you repeat this cycle for 10 total rounds = 30 total minutes of work and 100 reps of each pull-ups ~ dips ~ push-ups.
Beginners you can use TRX for pull-ups and EQ Bars or a Bench for dips. Also cutting this workout down to 20-15-10 minutes is also an option if you are not use to this volume.
This is a very advanced version shown but feel free to scale down per the instructions above.
