7min Home CHEST and TRICEPS Workout (DUMBBELLS ONLY!!). Are you looking for a workout to build muscle in your chest and triceps at home with only a pair of dumbbells? You’ve come to the right place! In today’s home workout, we’ll be going through 4 dumbbell exercises for our chest/ pecs in addition to 3 dumbbell exercises for our triceps. This will make up the 1st round of this workout. If you want to challenge yourself, attempt to repeat this workout for 2-3 rounds. For reference, I’ll personally be using a pair of 25lb dumbbells. Good luck!
