Today’s video is all about building those glutes! The workout is perfect for my beginners out there who are looking to grow that booty! This workout requires minimal equipment and a whole lot of HARD WORK!!

Beginner Booty Workout:
1️⃣ sumo squats || 8-10 reps x 4 sets
2️⃣ RDL || 10 reps x 4 sets
3️⃣ cable pull through/ hip thrust || 12 x 4
4️⃣ glute kickbacks || 10/s x 4
5️⃣ abduction squat || 8/a x 4
6️⃣ abduction || 10/s x 4
7️⃣ banded squat walks / monster walks || until failure (you can’t do any more)
8️⃣ seated abduction || 25 x3
9️⃣ banded squat jumps || use bench to make sure you go all the way down || as many as you can until failure
