Since it did so well, I thought I’d take it a step back and focus on an AB Workout for beginners.
I know first hand how hard working out can be. There was a time in my life that I was so ridiculously out of shape I couldn’t even do a sit-up. It was mainly because I had so much stomach fat around my belly I couldn’t even really sit-up because all the rolls of fat on my waist wouldn’t allow me to. This was when I was a young teenager when I had just turned 13 years old.
i always thought that one day if I could help prevent ANYONE else from having to go through the way I felt, it would help change someone’s life for the better. My self-esteem and confidence was extremely low.
When I turned 17 years old and lost my first 50 lbs. over the summer, it was such a relieving feeling and eye opening experience. For the first time I fit amazingly into my swim trunks. Women were actually checking me out. Shortly after I lost all of that weight I actually went on my first date!
Exercise and losing all of that weight changed my life and made me a whole new person. If it worked for me, I know it can work for you.
