Here’s How Video Workout Is Planned:

1 Jump Rope Beg 1 min/Adv 1 min
2 Low To High Plank Beg 10 each side / Adv 20
3 Push Backs Beg 10 (5-10 lb) / Adv 20 (12-20 lb)
4 X-Over MT Climber Beg 1 min / Adv 2 min
Repeat 1 to 4: beg 1-2x / Adv 4-5x

Then Jog 1-3 miles and now perform Circuit 2

1 Tricep Bench 1 leg Beg 10 each leg / Adv 20 each leg
2 Row To Kick back Beg 10 each arm / Adv 20 each arm
3 Burpee to Press (adv does push up) Beg 10 / Adv 20

Repeat 1 to 3: beg 1-2x / Adv 4-5x
