Full-Body Dumbbell Workout:
– Goblet Squats 15 Reps
– Shoulder Press 15 Reps
– Sumo Deadlift 15 Reps
– Dumbbell Row
– Split Squats
– Hammer Curls
– Tricep Extensions
15 Reps each and 2-3 rounds total of this circuit.
