
In this video, we have a full-body workout for men and women over 50 and 60 that can be done at home. All you need is a pair of dumbbells. It’s a great workout for burning fat while training your upper and lower body muscles.
Full-Body Dumbbell Workout:
– Goblet Squats 15 Reps
– Shoulder Press 15 Reps
– Sumo Deadlift 15 Reps
– Dumbbell Row
– Split Squats
– Hammer Curls
– Tricep Extensions
15 Reps each and 2-3 rounds total of this circuit.
