Do 3-5 rounds depending on your fitness level.
Equipment you need: 2 dumbbells, 2 kettle bells.
30 reps Sisi Squat;
16 reps Side Plank with hip flex;
8 reps Double Out Swing on a knee;
In the first round, follow us along and make sure to let us know how many rounds you were able to do it.
