The true workout is 28 minutes long and this video is a little over 25 minutes so you missed the last three core moves. You’ll need a heavy set of dumbbells and a light set for this workout.
This is a total body workout focusing on strength, cardio and core. You’ll be hitting all the push muscles today (delts, pecs, calves, quads, glutes and triceps.
