This nine minute exercise routine will help you build lower leg strength without impact. For this workout, you will lie on your back and train your calf, shin, ankle, and foot muscles with a series of exercises. This routine is perfect if you are recovering from an injury and want to gradually build calf, ankle, foot, and shin strength safely.
