2 Large Eggs
1/4 Cup (2 Ounces) Sugar Free Vanilla Coconut Milk (or Regular Milk/Other Milk Substitute)
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/2 Cup (122g) Unsweetened Apple Sauce
1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
1 Teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1/3 Cup Sweetener
4 Scoops (120g) Vanilla Protein Powder
1 Tablespoon (21g) Honey
1 Tablespoon (14g) Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
1 Ounce (28g) Pecans
2 Pounds (908g) Cooked/Canned Sweet Potatoes
Calories in the WHOLE recipe:
Saturated Fat: 19g
Take out a large bowl and either a hand mixer or regular mixer. Add all of your ingredients into it aside from half of your Pecans (1/2 Ounce/14g). Mix everything together. Take out at least a 9” baking pan and coat it with non-stick cooking spray. Pour your mix into it and top with a little Ground Cinnamon and the rest of your Pecans (1/2 Ounce/14g). Bake on 350°F/176°C for 60:00-75:00. Mouthgasm!
Tips: Top with cool whip, ground cinnamon, whipped cream, peanut butter, protein frosting, etc!
