Dumbbells are super accessible and whether you’re at home or in the gym, these exercises can be done just about anywhere with no equipment… Just Dumbbells!

Coach Chris takes you step by step with each of the 7 dumbbell exercises. Be sure your form is on point and begin with light to moderate weight. As your strength and skill improve, you can increase the weights.

Here are the TOP 7 Dumbbell Exercises for a Stronger Body, a Full Body Workout!*

1. Goblet Squat
2. Sumo Deadlift
3. Floor Press
4. Unsupported Row
5. Thruster
6. Renegade Row & Press
7. Farmer’s Carry

*Feel free to do them all in a workout of 2-3 sets each. Reps will vary based on exercise. Stick between 8-12 reps for most of these and the Farmer’s Carry could be done for distance or time. 50 yards / meters or 30 seconds would be a great start.
