VEGAN BODYBUILDING FULL DAY OF EATING ON A CUT | 200 + GRAMS OF PROTEIN
Hi guys a little bit of a different video here today, I’m in the sixth week of a cut and I figured I would start showing you guys and gals some progress videos and you can follow with as the weeks go by to see the progress.
I will bring you all through a full day of eating as a vegan bodybuilder on a cut. My protein is very high when cutting, probably more so than most vegans out there but I do drop the carbs considerably. in the next few videos I will explain to you my training and cardio regiment while cutting as well as my macros and how I set them up.
